Requirements to Book a Reservation. A valid credit card is required to reserve a reservation using this system. Be assured that our web server is a secure server. Your credit card will Only be charged When You Confirm to actually book the tee times.

Cancellation Policy: It is important to read the terms and conditions policy when booking tee times or a golf package. Each golf course has a cancellation policy as to how far in advance you may cancel without a penalty. The cancellation policies you must adhere to are those of the golf course when changing or cancelling tee times, and the hotel, when changing or cancelling golf packages.

Golf Course Information: Please ensure that you read the policies of the golf courses you have selected. Each golf course has individual policies for dress code, amenities, etc. By understanding the golf course rules, you may enjoy your outing better.

About This System

The T-Links Golf Package Internet Booking System is intended to allow golfers to book tee time only reservations and golf packages using the Internet. The golfer will make the initial decision at the beginning of the application if they are booking just tee times or a golf package, which includes hotel. The golfer will branch down the path they chose, entering and selecting information presented to them.

If the golfer chooses to book tee times only, then the golfer is presented with golf course choices and tee time choices for the dates and starting time they request. Once the golfer is satisfied with a course, date, time and price, they add the round of golf to their current itinerary, which is similar to a ‘shopping cart’ entry. The golfer may add multiple rounds of golf, and select multiple tee times to make-up a round. The golfer may view their current itinerary at any time.

At the end of the process, the golfer is asked to supply a credit card to book the round(s) of golf. Once the credit card is entered, it is validated, authorized and charged. At that point, the actual reservation is created. The golfer receives a confirmation number for the reservation, and a written confirmation is sent via email.

If the golfer chooses to book a golf package, then the system starts by asking them general questions about what type of package they desire. A package list is displayed, detailing specific fundamental information about the packages that meet their requests. The golfer can then drill down to find out all the details of the package on the same page.

Once the golfer selects a package, the package is customized for their individual requests. The golfer may add an additional round of golf, upgrade the room type, or request additional rooms. The system automatically adjusts the package price based on the golfer’s selections.

Once the golfer is satisfied with the hotel options, they move on to selecting the individual rounds of golf they want to play on this package. The selection of tee times works the same way as when booking tee times only.

To actually book the golf package, the golfer is asked to supply a credit card. Once the credit card is entered, it is validated and authorized. The hotel is responsible for charging the credit card for the deposit amount requested. The golfer receives a confirmation number for the package reservation, and a written confirmation is sent via email. The confirmation lists the cancellation policy, and the next steps of what will happen. The hotel receives a fax or email copy of the confirmation, as well.
